Dear Vendor,
We would like to extend an invitation to you to join us at the Annual Michigan Marketing Educator’s Fall Conference. As a vendor I am sure that you welcome the opportunity to showcase your product line to over 150 Marketing Educators in attendance. This year’s Fall Conference is October 26th and 27th at the Sheraton Lansing Hotel in Lansing Michigan. This years conference promises to continue to grow in size and scope and with your involvement will provide our teachers with the products they need for their school based enterprises and their fund raising needs. The conference hours begin at 8:30 am and conclude at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26th and 8:00 a.m. and conclude at noon on Thursday, Oct. 27th. Please plan on setting up by 8:00 Wednesday. All vendors will be given a table to showcase their products for both days at a cost of $275, additional tables at $100 each and electricity for an additional $25. Food packages are available (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and Wed. night dinner reception) for $100 per person. The $275 includes our new corporate membership. Membership entitles you to a link on our website, recognition in our conference programs and a current school address member directory. There is vendor visitation time built into the conference program. You are also invited to be a round table speaker at sessions scheduled on both days for additional contact time.
We are limiting vendor area this year and space is limited to total of 15 tables on a first-come first-served basis. Please return the enclosed form by October 8th. Reservations received on time will be acknowledged by a confirmation and map. Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the Lansing Sheraton the hotel reservation form can be found on the Michmkted.org website.
